Auction & Shipping Policy – HER VISION
1. Auction Terms
● All bids are final and binding.
● Winning bidders will receive an email confirmation after the auction closes with payment instructions.
● Payment must be completed within 5 business days of receiving the invoice.
2. Shipping Responsibility
● All shipping costs are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
● Shipping fees will be calculated based on the artwork’s size, weight, destination, and packing requirements.
● The winning bidder will receive a separate shipping invoice after the auction ends.
● Local pickup from our designated location is available by appointment and free of charge.
3. Shipping Process
● Artworks are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL, with tracking provided.
● For high-value artworks, insurance is strongly recommended and can be added to the shipping cost upon request.
● All international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Packaging & Handling
● All artworks will be professionally packed to ensure safe transit.
● Large or fragile works may require custom crating; the cost will be included in the shipping fee.
