This weekend, our team spent a meaningful morning at Pacific Oaks College’s 80th Anniversary Harvest Festival — a warm community gathering filled with families, laughter, and curious young learners.
Kids ran up to our table for free candy, parents stopped to chat, and many took time to learn about our mission of empowering girls through education, creativity, and storytelling.
We also hosted a small picture-book fundraising corner, featuring original children’s books that beautifully capture imagination, family moments, and childhood adventures.
Every contribution from the book fundraiser goes directly to our Her Future Scholarship Fund, which supports first-generation and low-income girls in accessing educational opportunities and creative pathways.
Moments like these — tiny hands reaching for books, thoughtful conversations with parents, and the joy shared across generations — remind us why community work matters so deeply.
Real impact begins locally:
one festival, one story, one empowered girl at a time.
